About Supportive Spaces CIC
Supportive Spaces CIC is a community interest company rooted in Little Hulton, Salford and run by people who care deeply about mental wellbeing and connection.
We support adults over the age of 18, who may be feeling low, lonely, or isolated—offering inclusive, person-centred help through peer-led groups, befriending services, and welcoming community spaces. Whether it's a friendly chat on the phone, 1:1 support, or joining a group, we're here to walk alongside people in whatever way works for them.
Our mission is to help build real connections, ease feelings of isolation and support emotional wellbeing by encouraging people to take part, feel heard and begin their journey of recovery in a space where they truly belong.

Befriending Services
Offering companionship and emotional support to individuals in need. This will be through a combination of face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and/or engaging groups
Wellbeing Groups
Providing workshops and activities for our clients, these will include walking group, arts and crafts, peer support and other engaging activities. Our groups aim to reduce social isolation, improve confidence, improve social and overall wellbeing.
Community Engagement
Engaging local communities to promote awareness and understanding. We will offer invitations to those who wish to be involved with ideas to help keep the service relevant and appropriate for the local community
Volunteering Opportunities
We will offer volunteer opportunities to those wishing to support others in the area, complete a DBS check and fill out a volunteer form
